Columbia Transfer - College Report

On the instructions for Columbia's Transfer application, it says that the college official's report should be "completed and submitted online". They don't specify online submission for the instructor evaluation or secondary school reports, but I thought you couldn't send any evaluation or college reports online for transfer students?

(this is the link to instructions page):

Either download the College Official’s Report and give it to the Dean of Students or to another appropriate official at your current school or follow the directions for the form to be completed and submitted online. The official must submit the completed form by March 15.

You can download and mail it in as well.

But I’m wondering, can be submitted online at all, since that would be a safer and quicker way, not to mention more efficient than mailing a copy to every school…

Yeah, they either got a bit confused or are mistaken; us transfer students have to mail everything.
