BB code is a simpler derivative of HTML code though, if I recall correctly -- essentially they are one and the same.

Dang Columbia students are smart.

Congrats brittnay for being smarter than 2 Columbia students here at least.

I'm totally kidding lol.

brittnayy I'm sorry you got rejected but I gotta hand it to you, using an Illmatic song for a college essay is worth some major props.

brittnayy, how'd you get expelled from Harvard SSP? Sounds like it might be a good story, and at this point, one worth telling.

Re Post 17:
Anyone who insults others over variations in posting formats does not deserve to comment about the worthiness of other students' applications.

Brittnay,

Honestly if you like open doors and tobaggoning on trays Columbia probably wasn;t the best fit anyway. So much more of this at Dartmouth, Princeton, or Brown. Columbia is a much more urban place.

hey now, I tobaggoned on many a John Jay dining hall tray down the steps of Low (and riverside park) in my day.

I still have no idea how I fit on the thing.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Umm, that was a synopsis of my blurb.. I also wrote about the Core Curriculum and embracing diversity as evidenced in the Italian class I visited, etc. etc.

Denzera, I sent you a PM

Denzera, I'm so trying that. That's pure genius.

VV - you're gonna need something this weekend. Snow football is great but requires a lot of organization.

might want to check out some local toy stores and see if you can get an inflatable snow tube though. Those JJ trays hurt. Tubes will be hard to find come sunday. Suggestions include Modell's on 125th, any KB Toys, etc.

you'll be the hero of all the 8-year-olds over in riverside park, on the slopes around 110th st.
