****Columbia University Class of 2021 Regular Decision Thread****

March 31 was the day 2yrs ago.

Ivy Day, as far as I know, is usually one of March 29/30/31.

Ii believe Ivy Day has already been announced as March 30, 2017.

@lilgalic Thanks! I submitted on time.

already see my rejection coming lololololol

Now we wait…

Yeah Ivy Day is March 30th, I applied Yale EA (deferred) and it has said that date for a few months now on their portal

Has everyone one who applied received the confirmation email from Columbia about them having received your application?

@Ahmad16765 yep received it a little more than 36 hrs after submitting application

Anyone else international and in need of a lot of financial aid?

@hinsidias753 thanks. its been 21 hours since I submitted. Guess i’m freaking out for no reason.

According to the Yale status portal:

Ivy Day is March 30, 2017. Historically, decisions came out at 5 pm EST. I believe it is also listed on Cornell’s CAAAN calendar?

Anyways, also just checking in. I applied and I’m confident in my essays, so hoping I get in (with good financial aid too).

I feel the essays are one of the strongest parts of my application, so I’m hoping they’ll help a lot lmao

@ammielove me and @Danny3895

hey guys did you get an email including your unique PIN numbers and a link to your applicant portal?
I received an email saying that the college received my application and my id number or something but didnt get a pin number.

@namijoan In the email Columbia sent me for my portal stuff, I got a Columbia ID and a cornfirmation of my application’s submission. When you click the link to the applicant portal, there are instructions that will lead you to getting a temporary PIN number.

Columbia is my top choice rn! It sucks that I’m gonna be so stressed till march 30th ugh

Has anyone gotten an interview request yet?

@sozzle have you?

when did you guys get your portals? I submitted 6 days ago but haven’t received mine yet
