Your step parent is presumably contributing to the household expenses for your NCP. That could free up your bio parent funds to pay for college.
To be frank…there is NOTHING that obligates even bio parents to pay for college…at all. And some won’t for any number of reasons…or can’t.
If this is an issue…look for schools where the NCP info is NOT required. Period.
