Bump. Please opinions?

you're music background is particularly strong so you probably have a good shot. Only thing that might hurt is verbal SATI score.

thx stupidestofthesmart. bump it to le top.

bumpin it all the way up. Comments would be greatly appreciated. Gratzi Multo.

bump. please comments. seemingly columbia gets no love in the chances forum lol.

I know what you mean...

anyways, from what I have seen, I would say your chances are good.... Your SATs are above average, you have lost of ECs (including a strong backround in music) good grades, and recs from some people that have connections with columbia. Looks damn good to me. I just wish I get to see you there next year :)

Thx Carrera. I look forward to seeing you too if we get in :). Also bumpin it too.

bump. comments? anything?

Bump...PLEASE GIVE COMMENTS!!!

ok...335 views...2 people responding besides me...what else can I say except please give comments. Thank you.

Please...please....please respond? What can I bribe you all with to post?

hmm.. that's quite an impressive senior schedule.

I don't usually bite on these what are my chances threads but, you seem so desperate. Columbia really would like more potential math/science majors, and they are also building up their jazz program. Assuming your essay is interesting, and that everyone who applies does not somehow look exactly like you, and the stars are aligned, etc, etc, my crystal ball says...you've got a very good chance.

Wow...thanks for the heads up sac.

It's not that I am desperate...it is that seemingly people look at my post...and then just don't respond lol. Thank you for your kind words. Same for chaoscreation...yeah senior year has been difficult, but I seem to have managed all A's and A-'s first quarter.

As to my essay being interesting, it is extremely creative and it involves my passions for music, math, sports and community service into one, short piece of writing.

Once again thank you for your kind words.

just a bump. thanks.

Low on the humanities...

You should give it a final go if you've any strong doubts, although I've always said that extreme ability in Math and Science outweighs. The "lopsided" applicant... But your SAT II Chemistry score is pretty low...
