So my top choices are, obviously, columbia, yale, and the brown plme program (its a combined 8 year bs/md program, mad competitive) and i was wondering what my chances are? Also, of you guys could choose, which one you do and why? I honestly have no idea which one is my number one, but im a junior so i have a little while to decide.

Rank is, im prtty sure, 1 out of ~330, but i dont think that my school reports rank anyways
SAT: I've only taken it once so far and i got CR 700, M 780, W 800 for total of 2280
but hopefully that will go up in to 2300's next time, i made a lot of stupid mistakes
SAT II's: 800 chem, 790 Math 1 (thats all ive taken so far) but i intend to send 800 in math 2 if i get it, which i think i will
GPA: my school doesn't show unweighted, but right now its 102.689 weighted, hopefully go up to next year too, but not by much
APs: so far ive taken Chem and world history (both 5's); this year im doing Physics B, bio, and us history; and next year im taking econ, psych, lit, phys C, spanish V (it counts as college credit)
Not too many APs, but my school doesnt offer too many anyways if that helps
EC's: Vice president of my class, student organization delegate, model UN, tapress (school newspaper), vice president Math honor society, History HS, National HS, Science HS, English HS, science olympiad vice president, math team, academic league, multi-cultural club, interact club (community service). I dont have too many positions right now but i hope to get more my senior year.
Community Service: 100+ hours at local hospital ( next year it'll be 200+), and local ambulance core idk exactly the hours right now but will be 100~200 when i'm done.
Misc: Bunch of minor merit awards, i got a 231 on my PSAT so going to be semi-finalist, exceptional honors roll since middle school, i am currently in the Columbia University Science Honors Program, have done JV tennis fresh and soph year, prob just do varsity track this year (im prtty bad at tennis, lucky i made the cut the last few years lol), i am CPR certified if that helps, and i intend to major in biology(pre-med) hopefully my resume reflects that
