Columbia's Test Scores Requirement

The CU instructions ask for all test scores.

Does this mean that, if I've taken six different subject tests, I need to submit the score from each one? What exactly are the implications of the requirement?

I second that question.

I sent all scores from 4 out of 5 different subjects. I have taken a total of 11 subject tests, so that mean I sent 9 scores out of 11 since I didn’t send my US History scores (very low). Did I do this wrong?

And does send all scores mean I have to send my SAT Reasoning score , even though I only want them to use my ACT scores, of which I sent all?

^oh my goodness!! you took 11 subject tests!!! why!!!

I recounted. I actually took 10, and one SAT Reasoning Exam.

Let’s see. My 9th grade bio teacher forced the honors class to take the Bio SAT II (620), so did that. I also took Math Level 1 (580) in that sitting w/o studying, thinking I was ready…no I wasn’t. Then I retook Math Level 1 (640) as a sophomore. Then last June I took Chem (640), US History (580), and Math Level 2 (640). In November I retook Math Level 1 (720), Math Level 2 (630), and US History (560). This month, I took Math Level 2 (750) for the last time.

I took the math’s so many time just to get above a 700 because I knew that I could, and that’s what I needed to be a competitive applicant for most of my tougher schools. The rest were just to see how I’d do just in case I applied to a school that required 3, which I did. I may not have had a ton of really good scores, but at least I had plenty of choices.

CU wants you to send all of them.

Okay. I just resent them.

can somebody confirm this: columbia only takes into consideration your two HIGHEST scores? i remember reading that, and also on the app they only give you space for 2. i may be mistaken though.

They won’t give much weight to freshmen scores right? I epic failed SATII Bio freshmen year but I have 2 800’s for their required SATIIs.

They’ll only look at the top 2 SATIIs and superscore the SAT reasoning test.

Columbia says they take the highest sitting of the SAT and ACT.^

Columbia = NO SCORE CHOICE. ALL SCORES PLEASE.
