My brother got into the regular undergrad yesterday, but I applied to the combined medical program and havent heard back yet. Has anyone who applied to this program heard back?

That decision should happen by early next week according to admissions.

I was just concerned because so many people have heard back (especially honors students)

Do you know of people who heard back from the bs/md program? If so, the admissions office was not forthright with me when I spoke to them last month for an update. I too have not heard about my status in the medical program. If decisions have been made and we were not notified, it’s a terrible thing for UCONN to do to some of its brightest applicants.

i dont know anyone else who applied to it

Has anyone heard back from combined medical program or if you have not heard from med program have you heard back from Uconn for your second choice of program? Seems like things are very random and unorganized as far as notification goes

I never got the interview option, so I obviously didnt get into the program. I’m currently confused as to why they didn’t keep me updated, but that’s their agenda. If you got an interview in February, I assume you will hear back in your acceptance letter. I got mine today in the mail with no mention of a medical program.

Was told weeks ago by admissions all students would be notified either way regarding interview selection. D has not heard yet but was admitted to allied health, after confusion of being admitted with merit scholarship to branch mail came and was actually admitted to Storrs with scholarship. Frustrating process

My son is on the exact situation as yours.
Applyed for combined program, not heard anything. Accepted two week ago online for Honor program. Then on March 7, got an email notice for status change, check online, the sentence for Honor program was removed. on March 8, got an admission letter with merit scholarship, but not mention Honor at all. Have you figure put what’s going on?

they have yet to respond to me, my guidance counselor, or my mother. did your son have an interview?

no interview. Good luck for you!

i didnt get one either, so i wasn’t sure what that meant. good luck to you as well!
