OF the schools I GOT IN, CAN YOU GUYS TELL ME ANYTHING THAT U GUYS HAVE HEARD ABOUT THEM?

( I AM clueless foreigner that applied to 13 schools after staring at U.S.NEWS RANKING CHART FOR HOURS)

THANKS,

amherst is a sick school. leagues better than the rest

wht is your major?
overall..all of them are GREAT schools..
suny and indiana : business
purdue : engineering
uconn, iowa, purdue, penn state : actuarial science

but for prestige and quality,,i'll go with amherst..

Ok, I am not going to call the two people above me COMPLETE morons, but there is a difference between UMass-Amherst and Amherst....UMass-Amherst is not a bad school, but it is far from the best on the list.

I think rankings are important, and there are many people that would agree with me. I am just going to include the two you are stilling waiting to hear from. By USNews Undergraduate rankings, here is how the schools pan out...

UW-I am assuming this is the University of Wisconsin

Penn State University Park

Ohio State

Texas A&M

UConn

Purdue

Iowa

Indiana

SUNY- Binghampton

American
11.UMass- Amherst

I would say that the prestige of the schools just about follows this order. They are not bad, but I would definitely put the top 8 well above the last 3. Best of luck.

hahaha true. i thought it was amherst. i had no clue umass amherst existed

thank you guys, I appreciate your comments.
