Some notes:
UChicago gets screwed because of their highe acceptance rate and low yield.
UC's get boosted because of quantity of graduate research.
Other than that, nothing major of notice.

Their stated methodology says nothing about research, and includes only survey and popularity. No quality factors whatsoever are included, and not a word about outcomes.

Columbia over Yale? That's interesting.
So is UCSD over Northwestern and Chicago.
Davis over Hopkins is the most RIDICULOUS.
Hahaha, this ranking is even worse than US News. xD

"Berkeley is a top 10 US Uni...period"
- Of course its a top 10 US University, but probably about top 25 for undergrad. UCLA probably top 40. I think this is a Californian ranking.

I'm not sure why people complain about US News so much. US News very clearly states what it measures - for example, resources and student body strength. In fact, aside from THES and WSJ feeder, I think its the most transparent ranking.

US News is much more reliable for parents/students looking at colleges than stuff like this. I'd definetely recommend it over any other popular ranking. And, of course, US News is the most accurate too in my opinion (HYPSM at the top, then Penn Duke Dartmouth Brown Columbia, then etc.).
