Coming up on the home stretch: What are my chances?

Hey guys/girls, this community has served me very well in preparing for standardized tests and learning about college admissions in general. Now that I'm coming up on my senior year I would love some chances for my top schools.
I plan on majoring in Physics.
Ordered in increasing likelihood (I may be wrong :P)
-UPenn, Cornell, Columbia,UC Berkeley, UMich, McGill, BU
I'm still debating between ED for Cornell or Columbia.
-Safeties: UC Boulder, Ithaca (Might as well go party if everything goes wrong lol)

PSAT: 220
SAT: 2320 (second try one sitting 790 M 790 W 740 CR)
Physics SAT II: 800 (first try)
Math II: 800 (first try)
AP Physics: 5
AP Chem: 5
AP Calc: 4 (horrible teacher)
School doesn't rank or do GPA but my overall average is around 95. This is a competitive magnet school ranked around 50 nationally.

All honors freshman year - straight A's
All honors sophomore year - straight A's

Junior Year (highest possible course load without summer study):
AP Calc AB
AP Physics C
AP Chem

Senior Year course load:
AP Lit
AP Econ
AP Calc BC
AP Stat
AP Bio
AP Physics E&M

Service
- Tutored underprivileged children (~12 hours)
- Volunteered as a patient buddy at a children's hospital (~20 hours)
- Adaptive swimming volunteer at said hospital (~20 hours)

Work Experience (My strongest asset I think)
- Summer camp counselor for a few weeks
- Unpaid internship at a university biology research lab (gonna have a very strong rec from professor)
- Currently working a paid internship at a materials science lab. Designed a new website for them. (can get a very strong rec from them as well)

Misc Clubs and Awards
-Accepted to Columbia Science Honors Program for my senior year
-5th Place Science Olympiad finish at states (VP of club)
-5th Place FBLA Finish at states
-Moodys Math Challenge honorable mention with small scholarship prize (organized my team)
-National Honor Society
- JV tennis for three years. Guaranteed Varsity senior year. (my town's team is close to the best in the state, but I'm not gonna call myself an athlete by any means. lol)
-A bunch of other random clubs I tried that I probably wont include on my app to not make a bull***** laundry list

I have a solid, unique essay idea in mind that I feel like a lot of the schools I apply to will like. I'd like to consider myself a "work hard play hard" kind of guy and would call my social skills pretty solid, so in the event of an interview of any sort I expect to do well.

I'm a white male from an upper middle class town, but am also a first generation immigrant and speak russian fluently. My household income is significantly too high to qualify for any need based aid :(

Thanks in advance for any chances.

Very good! All of those schools are matches if not safeties

Haha I hope so! I just realized my list of schools is pretty long so chances on the top 3 are what I really care about.

I would say that Upenn, cornell, columbia would be Low reaches/high matches

and UC Berkeley, UMich, McGill, BU would be matches

You have a pretty great resume and I would be surprised if you didnt at least get into One of your top three.

Thanks for chancing me.

bump 10 chars

bump… I know this is a hassle but I can chance back.

Your scores and GPA are fantastic and you certainly have a number of impressive EC’s. In all honesty, I would say that you have a good chance of being accepted into any one of these schools.

I noticed that you wrote that you speak Russian fluently. I think that’s kind of unique, although it might now help if you can’t showcase it. If I had to make any suggestion, I would perhaps look into ways of showcasing that particular aspect. After all, many colleges look towards globalism and being bilingual certainly does not hurt.

Best of luck!

You have great scores, grades, and ECs. It sounds your essay will awesome, too.

I’d say you’re in at BU, UMich, and McGill. UC Berkeley would be a high match. Cornell would be high match/low reach. I would still consider Columbia and UPenn as reaches, but of course, they’re reaches for everyone-- you definitely have a better shot at getting in than most.
