So I got into UCSB and USC. However, USC has not given me my financial aid info yet, as that is what is guiding my decision. However, UCSB needs the SIR by tomorrow…

USC hasn’t given you FA info yet? Did you get in off of the waitlist? If you got in in late March you should certainly have something by now. If this is a recent acceptance, then you should call USC FA office tomorrow. I guess, either way you should call USC FA office and press them for info.
I still have been submitting documents since my parents financial situation is a mess… I am a junior transfer that got accepted last Friday.
