Common Ap and Naviance username do not match?

<p>Apparently, my guidance counselor informed me yesterday that my common app username did not match my naviance. However, that's not true. My common app username and password do match my naviance's because when I sign onto common app, it's the same password and username as my naviance. </p>

<p>Today, I visited her and she said that that was not true, and according to her computer, it said it didn't match. She told me that I should make a new common app account, but I don't know how to do that. If I was to make a new account, how can I do that?</p>

<p>And also, is it possible that when I waive my rights, that I accidentally misspell something, and that is why my guidance counselor thought that my common app did not match?</p>

<p>Yeah, there’s a great possibility that you just typed it in wrong- your counselor should be able to undo your waiving of rights so that you can redo it with the right username. I messed up on that too but it was fairly simple to fix.</p>
