Hi, one of my recommenders on my common app is the father at my church. I learned that in the letter he wrote that I was born on September 26th, but he meant that I was baptized on this date. I know it seems like nothing, but I’m worried that colleges might misinterpret this and assume that he doesn’t know me to the point of putting the wrong birthday. Should I make a note that we consider this event as a birth in the additional info section? Or will they assume that I read my letter of rec?
Well, it sounds like you did read it. I wouldn’t do any correction. I doubt they will notice.
