<p>What are you supposed to use the additional information box on the common app for? Can I relist my main eight extracurriculars, as filled out previously, and add more detail to them? To explain the nature of the extracurricular, the nature of my position, and any extension activities connected with them?
For example, i play violin, which i listed under the extracurricular list, but I also often play at nursing homes and such. Can I repeat this under the additional information and give it more detail? I know there is a box to elaborate on one of your activities, but i'm not sure if i'm going to do it on violin.</p>
