Common App and App General Questions

I'm currently working on transfering to Northeastern University and for transfers it is allowed to use the Common App to do so. I had a question on the whole supplement thing, I didn't use it when I first applied to colleges and I don't know what really to do with them and just a little confused.

Also I'm getting my teacher recommendations tomorrow and giving them all the nessecary items to do (i.e. stamped envelopes, addressed, and the teacher rec form from Common App) so but I'm curious as to if there is any need for a cover page or something or should they just simply mail the Common App teacher rec as is?

Thanks in advance

No need for a cover page. You should have filled out your name and personal information on the top of the rec form. They will just match it to your application. I don't know if it is necessary, but on the bottom left of the envelope you could write "Faculty Recommendation." That might help in the sorting of the mail. Good luck with everything!

Common Application Question:
When looking at the "required" transfer student forms listed here: https://app.commonapp.org/CommonApp/DownloadForms.aspx it looks as if no secondary/high school forms are required. But when I log in and look at the "school forms" it looks as if you need a recommendation from your high school counselor!Whats the deal? Do I or do I not need to fill out this form?

P.S. I know I need to send my high school transcripts...so why would they even need this.
