Common App and Listing our life

The common app has 3 spaces for sat scores and my scores were
1)mar 04 580 V 670 M
2) Oct 04 670 V 780 M

Should i list the first scorest at all? i know they recieve everything from collegeboard.

And also, can seniors take the sat’s in jan?
