<p>I turned in all my apps through common app on january 31.
I checked all the application statuses and they all say that my transcripts are outstanding. Is this just because they haven't had time yet to process it? Or is there no transcript attached with the counselor component of the common app- cause my counselor turned that in a while ago?? She only needs to do it once right?</p>

Your counselor only needs to do it once.
It’s unlikely they had the time to process your transcripts/read through your stuff during the holiday break. However, if your school counselor had sent in your transcripts to multiple schools wayyy earlier than it was due - then it’s plausible they had time to open it and read it (I’m actually not sure if they do anything with your apps until they get all your materials in, idk) - but I’m glad that you got such positive reviews of your transcript!
