<p>On the common app arts supplement form, step 3 says to include a 10-minute CD or DVD and list all the work that's on it. It seems to want you to do that even for visual arts submissions. On the stanford website, it says to include either a CD or hard copies of your work. Should I just leave that part of the form blank? thanks</p>
