Common App Arts Supplement

I have all the materials needed for the Common App Arts Supplement, but I noticed Harvard's website that lists guidelines for submitting supplements says nothing about arts resumes or letters of recommendation from arts instructors, and also doesn't mention the Common App Arts Supplement: Harvard College Admissions Office: Prospective Students

Will the admissions committee kill me if I submit anything more than just a CD?

i second this question.

I think it's perfectly fine to submit it properly just as the common app arts supplement form tells you to - with the rec, and brief resume

If one of the arts is your main focus, it is really good to send a letter of recommendation, reasonable resume, CD or other example of your work. Even a program concert if is is informative about your work. Nothing overwhelming or exhaustive, just enough to give a good picture of what you do and like to do.

The thing is, I think, to be considerate of all the work admissions has to do. I really think that consideration is appreciated. For instance, if the CD is long, let them know which few minutes you would most like them to listen to, to save them time. Make the resume easy to read. And so on.
