<p>I'm trying to figure out this college official's report form. I notice that the form asks for the title, level, and credit value of all courses that I am taking this year. However after I printed the form out and started filling it out by hand, I realized that there are only 4 lines to write classes on. I even tried inputting my course information on the Common App online, but still only the first four classes that I inputted were added to the form. I considered just putting four classes down, but the instructions say to indicate ALL courses.</p>
<p>I took 6 classes first semester and am taking 5 classes currently. How am I supposed to fit this on the form?</p>
