Common App - documents?

So I am applying at the moment but a little confused. If the college supplement is already online with the common app, is there anything else I need to send?
I know some schools have a list but there's a section on the common app that allows your head and teachers to fill in evaluations. If I fill in the supplement, and the teachers do the evaluation - will it include the report/s they keep going on about or do I need to download these things from the common app site?

In terms of my transcripts, what are they on about? Do they mean the school report or the results from cambridge? My results from cambridge wont be out till january. Help I am not sure I understand what they want me to send.

Hi okazaki, yes the supplement is already in the common app, usually there is nothing else you need to send unless they ask you to do so.
If the teachers rec are getting done online, then don’t worry, they will be provided with the apps needed.

Transcripts are your stats, the Cambridge reports should be done through the common app, while school transcripts should be attached.

Transcript is your GPA, your school will likely have it, NOT your Cambridge International Examination reports, you send that as supplementary information to your transcript.

Hello, I’m having some problems with my school forms too. I’m applying to college via Common Application online. Is it possible to send my teachers evaluations and recommendation letters online while i send my school forms (secondary school form, mid year report…) by postal mail?

I don’t know how to fill in the NACAC Fee Waiver form. Should I check which family size and taxable income i correspond to? I don’t understand at all how to fill in the ‘Income Guidelines’ section! My Deputy Rector (who acts as my counselor) does not know how to fill in this form. I’ve asked another teacher, still no help!! Please help me, I’m desperate!

Thank you

^^ It’s ok to send the school forms via mail.

If I mail my NACAC fee waiver form together with my school forms, and let’s say colleges do not accept thefee waiver, will they cancel my application and return all my forms? I’m applying via Common App online but sending my recommendations and forms by mail.
