Common app is down…?

Yep! Apparently colleges usually extend their deadlines by a few hours or sometimes a few days, but I’m not seeing it.
Anyway, does anyone know if colleges on the East coast go by the EST deadline or allow your local deadline as well?

its down for me too…i can login to everything except my colleges or if i try to submit under the dashboard tab i clock out
I’ve used that site before. It works, but it seems like just parts of it are down, not the main one.

according to common app, colleges take whichever time is later
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/commonapp.org I usually trust this website more. However, I doubt that common app is truly down. Usually right before deadline, common app website has a high volume of traffic, so it can slow down the website or prevent everyone from logging on at once.
edit: it also can be intermittent
@sailhatan that’s what I thought (I’m West Coast, so ours should be later) but my friends were all saying that they go by EST.
