Okay, let me just say that I, like thouuusands of other students out there, absolutely hate the formatting of the common app. Rawr. Not only do we have to staunchly prioritize our extra curriculars and activities in 1, 2, 3, 4, etc etc etc, we have to list ALL of the details in these cramped little boxes. ^_^

Alrighty, rant over. So, in the little one-line box that says "Position Held, Honors Won, or Letters earned", do you list everything relevant and separate them with commas? Or are you only supposed to list one thing and then put everything else in the OTHER little box that says "Please list the specific activity here, and provide details if needed " ????

I swear, as soon as I get into college, I'm petitioning the common app people for new formatting...

Thanks in advance for any comments/help/suggestions! :)

i don’t know, it says OR. does that mean you only put one of those? like “2 letters earned.” and how should we type it? Two letters, 2 letters, I earned 2 letters. what about all-county selections? being a starting player? which of these go in the tiny box, and which go in “Please list the specific activity here, and provide details if needed”

*** is that? why do i need to list the specific activity if i just clicked on it in the drop down menu? and what would detail include? do i write in full sentences, does it matter

they should be more specific, even though most of these questions probably don’t matter… but this is important stuff they should explain it carefully
