Common App EC Paragraph

<p>In the paragraph about the EC, is our goal to send a message about us as an applicant also? Or is the paragraph really just to "elaborate" on an extracurricular you do, etc.?</p>

<p>Should we attempt to show qualities that a college might want, like we would do in the longer common app essay?</p>

<p>How long is it (words?) Is the EC question longer than it looks on the PDF printout? Seem to remember it being like 250 words in the past? Looks like a few lines…</p>
