<p>Do you think it would be ok to answer this question: "Discuss some issue of personal, local, national, or international concern and its importance to you," by using the issue of high school and college basketball players declaring early for the NBA draft. It is an issue I feel very passionately about and it does say personal concern, and I believe it also falls under national concern. If anyone would like to read it, I will PM it to you. Thanks.</p>
