<p>My class mistress wrote a letter explaining bad economical situation in my country. But today she tried to attach it somehow to Common app fee waiver application (throughout her personal profile) but she could not, she told that there was only some kind of question whether me, the student, really needs the waiver or not. So is there any way to attach the letter or was it even necessary to write such a letter?</p>
