<p>My counselor already uploaded my midyear report but on my common app it says "started". I recall that when my recommendations were uploaded it said "completed". What should I do to fix this? </p>

<p>I’ve had the same problem. The first time I noticed I emailed the commonapp support people and they said that my midyear report had been completed but not sent, even though I had double checked with my counselor and she said she had definitely sent it. She sent it again a week ago and it still only says ‘started’ so I’ve again emailed the commonapp support people. Just need to wait for a response now :/</p>
<p>I had the same problem and the issue was on my counselors side. She would submit but it would not go through. It would look like it did but there was a little message that your information was incomplete. She did not notice but I did when I went into her office and had her try to submit while I watched. So she fixed the incomplete part and resent and it worked. It now shows complete on common app.</p>
