Common app help for special case!

Hi everyone,

I'm applying to few schools in common application and have encountered a dilemma while filling out the demographic section.
My status in United States is "adjustment of status", meaning I have applied for green card and waiting for the decision. And common application does not have an options for directly indicating my status. So what should I do???

So far, the best option seems like to say "Others" in Citizenship status then,
say "I do not hold a U.S. non-immigration Visa" for Currently hold Visa Type. And later indicate that my status is in "adjustment of status" later in additional information in Writing section.

For people who have faced with the same situation as I am, please help me!! Thanks!

My AOS is also pending. I did what you said your apparent best option was. I did not attach any additional information, but I recommend that you do (explaining your status).

I’m also applying to colleges this year.

Hi,
my son also on the same boat. I would like to ask you that how did you complete your common app with AOS status.

Hi,
My daughter is in same situation and while filling common app I am not finding anything for AOS. Can you please let me know how your son submitted common app last year while on AOS?
