Hi this is kind of last minute considering that I have like 3 days to fill out all my apps on common app for the private colleges that I am applying to.

If anyone can please please please help me answer these quick questions it is greatly appreciated!!!

I am a transfer student from a JC applying for fall 2013 and I read that for transfers they don't look at high school things but only college courses that I have taken at the JC. My question is do I have to fill out the academics part since it only lists like high school stuff? and the extra curricular activities section also?

So I guess in a sense they would only look at my college courses that I have taken when I request an official transcript from my school?

Because my application seems kind of "missing" without those parts but then again I am applying as a transfer student, and I don't want to jeopardize my application.

I’m not sure what exactly you’re asking about filling out. If you’re asking if you should fill out the parts that ask about high school, I would say look up what the schools look for in transfer applicants. If they say they want to see your high school records, then yes fill everything out. If not, or if your high school records aren’t that great, then maybe don’t.

If you’re asking about where you should put what courses you’re taking now, the Academics section should have a box called “current year courses” where you list the courses you’re taking right now. Your college transcript should also list this, as well as everything else you’ve taken.

yeah that is what I am asking about, because the schools I am applying to say that they don’t look at high school but only the colleges courses that I have and currently am taking, but I was confused whether or not to leave the entire section blank or not?

also on the current year courses is that my college courses now? the way they had split it with the 100 level and the 200 level totally does not make sense to me. AH!!
