<p>I believe you are reffering to the "School forms" section on the common app, correct? Basically, under Chapman anyways, you have to have your counselor fill out a recommendation form as well as one teacher that know you really well (if you are applying for an art major, or into Dodge, there is a supplemental recommendation letter you have to have your most recent art teacher fill out on top of your teacher for the common app). </p>
<p>You should talk to your conselor as quickly as possible because each counselor has a preference on how they would like to fill out the recommendation letter. Mine requested a printed version, which can be found on common app. I hope this helps, I am not sure if this was what you were asking...</p>
