<p>Hi i have to submit an RD app to a school other than harvard by November 1st to fufill a deadline for a program. Do i have to submit the whole app to all schools on my list or can do you pick the schools to which you want to send from your list? Thx</p>

just because someone lacks technical/computer expertise doesn't make them dumb.</p>
<p>here's what you do. take off all the schools from your common app list and send the application to just that school.
after that you can copy the application and make changes before sending it the next schools you're applying to.</p>
