Common App- I put "no," but it says "yes"

So on the common app, I put an answer that says "no," but when I proceed to print preview, the form says "yes." What should I do?

Perhaps you accidentally didn't save your "no" answer?

I did that. I saved my answer as "no" and it still comes out as "yes."

Oh. I'm sorry. The stupid form doesn't have the lines to show where the checkmark is supposed to go. It looks something like this

"..........Yes...........No.............Year......................."

I assumed that the checkmark would be placed to the right instead of to the left.
