Common App? I'm so lost!

<p>Hello! I'm a bit confused about the Common Application.</p>

<p>I'm a transfer student, and the college that I'm applying to requires me to invite a registrar and an academic evaluator(along with some additional forms to turn in).</p>

<p>I'm so lost! </p>

<p>Who do I "invite"? Counselors, Professors? </p>

<p>I'd really appreciate any help.</p>
