Common App Is Confusing. Help With Recommenders Information?

So I submitted my application to Georgia Tech about a week ago. Both my teachers I asked for recommendations are seen as "Completed" on Naviance. But on Common App, under the Assign Recommenders section, it says "Name... Assigned: 10/11/2013; Teacher Evaluation... Downloaded: 10/15/2013"

Now for all of my other schools that I have not submitted yet, they all say "Name... Assigned: 10/11/2013; Teacher Evaluation... Submitted: 10/11/2013"

And in addition, for the schools that require two recommendations, only one teacher shows, and my guidance counselor. The other teacher is not there. And I can't invite her, either, because when I go to "manage recommenders" I can only add others, like coach, clergy, etc.

Can someone clear this up for me? I feel like Common App just got a heck of a lot more confusing rather than clearer from when my older sister applied...

Downloaded is a good word to see. It means that the recommendation has been downloaded by your school and is in your file there for review.

Submitted is the step before that. It means the teacher has uploaded the rec to the common app. The school can’t download it until you submit your app to the school.

Okay. Thanks for clearing that up! But about the second teacher not being there, is it just saying that she hasn’t submitted her recommendation yet? Because it seems to me like she’s done (I’m going to ask her tomorrow) as for MIT she’s a humanities teacher and MIT has already received ad processed her recommendation (link for MIT humanities teacher form is grayed out, meaning it’s complete and processed)
