Common App is up.

Good luck.

Well, this is semi-exciting.

/cowers in the face of a serious process…

Signed up and checked supplements for the colleges I applied to… Seriously NOT looking forward to it.),:

I can’t even force myself to check the supplements for the schools I haven’t started on yet. :(

Screw the 500 word “limit”. If a school doesn’t accept me because I went ~40 words over, then I’ll just go to CSU Long Beach. -___-

Wow - just saw some of Stanford’s supplement questions. [short-answer]

Love it. The summer question might be tricky for me to word, since most of it is spent band/random programming.

^That’s the same one they had last year. Are you sure you guys signed up for the new one. Wait until August 1st to be sure.

I’m confused…what’s going on?

UChicago deff has new ones, like the “Play-Doh/Plato” one.

Ahhh is it really??? They said not until Monday…and yes, I was literally sitting here on my computer, surreptitiously casting glances at my clock, waiting for midnight.

^ It went up around four hours early.

Almost done filling out activities. There were a couple of things I had to leave blank (ex. mother’s college - I don’t know exact name since it’s in China, senior schedule, etc.) but I’ll be fine.

What is going on???

^ Common application is up, people can start applying to most colleges. I think that this was clear :P

I got that but where do I get it? And what do you guys mean by colleges having different questions?

On their home page?

And they mean the supplements given by each college. You’ll see.

UChicago’s sixth prompt is epic: “Don’t write about reverse psychology.”

^^^ Click https://www.commonapp.org/Application/RegisterApplicant.aspx</a> to register, if you haven’t done so already… then go to ‘My Colleges’ to add colleges to your list. After doing so, you will see ‘Supplements’ for each of your colleges = the different questions.

eeekkk! i’m gonna pee myself…
so. scary.

Im on their homepage, any help on where to go from there?

I’m excited. Everything is almost done now. Just waiting on email responses. My counselor has to send me the final transcripts/class ranking and my teachers have to agree to do the recommendations. Probably should have asked them sooner. Oh well. The sooner I apply to college, the sooner the stress is all over.

BINGHAMTON, HERE I COME BABY!

@ATP, bottom center of the home page. Should be a button that says “Never registered?” or something.
