Common App Issues

Okay, so I have a few issues with my Common Application. The common app people tell me that my counselor has to email them, and bug them, and that I can not. My counselor is not doing much to help me, she says that I need to figure out my C.A. issues myself, and the C.A. people keep telling me my counselor needs to do it. So i'm stuck :/

Here are my issues
1) My parents were born in a different country, attended college in a different country, and that college they attended is not listed in the Common App list for college parents could have attended.

2) My naviance (the thing we use to ship out our grades, teacher recs etc) will not work. My common app and naviance will not connect because I was told to connect my naviance to an account I made lat year, which no longer exists.

I have no clue what to do in either situation. I can not submit my apps without doing this, yet no one seems to be able to help me....
so HELP!!!!

Thanks :)

Click Help from within your account. Enter “CEEB” into the keyword search. Click on the article that says, " I am unable to find/enter a CEEB code." Follow those instructions.

Naviance accounts are maintained by high schools. Someone from your high school will need to assist you with this. (I know you’ve heard this before, but it’s what needs to happen.)

Good luck.

Thank you!

I guess i’ll just have to keep bugging my counselor to fix my issue, and thanks for the first tip!!!

If the common app info you previously input was incorrect, your counselor needs to sign in, pull up your account, go to the edocs tab, and click on “reset consent” . Once you do that, the next time you sign in, it will ask for the common app username and password again.
