<p>So I put down a self study course as a two semester course when my school only registered it as a one semester course. I only realized it today when I was looking at my transcript. I was admitted this year and will this cause my admission to be affected?</p>
<p>No matter what you wrote on the Common App, your high school sent a transcript to Harvard – SCEA by Nov 1 and RD by DEC 31 – and then sent a mid-year report in February. At both of those times, I imagine Harvard reviewed your official transcript and took your high school’s word over yours. If it makes you feel better, you could call and alert the Admissions Office to your error, but I don’t think it matters all that much, and certainly will not jeopardize your admission one way or the other.</p>
