<p>Hi !
I chose Option 6, topic of your choice and wrote a lovely essay that you can clearly tell what the topic is. I just forgot to mention blatantly what my topic was.
For example:
Topic: Explain your most important moment in your life.
Then I would write the essay. </p>

<p>I didn't include the topic. I have already sent out my app to some schools and it won't let me change anything. Is there anything I can do about it ? Should I do something about it , I don't know if it's such a big error. Would I have to contact the schools I have already sent it to. BTW this is pertaining to the common app.</p>

<p>I really don’t think you should worry about this too much, the topic of your choice option is pretty flexible and I son’t think you really need to blatently state. The college dosn’t care about the topic, just what your essay says about you. In my essay, which was also a number 6, I didn’t state the topic. I showed it to a couple of admissions officers and they siad it was great. So calm down, take a breath, don’t worry :)</p>
