Hi guys!

So I just have a question about the music art supplement: when it says upload a 10 min track of work does that mean only solo work or is group work included?

Thanks in advance for the help

I guess a solo is what they want. They want YOUR work. I guess you could send a group work but it wouldn’t show how well you play an instrument.

[Example of a girl playing for the Common App Art Supplement](http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xboeyy_common-application-art-supplement-2_music )

I hope this will help you,

My problem is that as a singer I have done many solos however my school doesn’t record them…should I just record myself singing?

Don’t some schools want an audio CD rather than a vido? I’m confused about the arts supplement. Do all schools that use the Common App. expect you to upload a video like the one that Tim2011 linked to?

From what I’ve read on most school’s pages, is that they want solo work. Not any sort of group performance, just you and a recording. Whether it’s only audio or a video, the preference is usually mentioned on the schools page where they have information on supplements.
