Common App Online + Teacher Evaluation = Allowed?

<p>Due to my massive insecurity and resulting paranoia, I am applying to more than "a few" schools. I was wondering if it is possible to send teachers the PDF version of the Teacher Evaluation form and have them fill it out on the computer and print it out - or would it simply be better to make multiple copies of the form after they have written it out by hand?</p>

<p>Also, on the sign below part of the Evaluation form, does the teacher have to sign it each time he sends another form, or can he print the form with the signature already on it?</p>

<p>Art is not an academic subject, is it?
It would have to be sciences, humanities, math...etc, right?</p>

<p>Better to have teacher sign every form to show authenticity.</p>
