<p>I have finished my application and supplements and am trying to make payment. However, when I choose "online credit card/ eCheck" from the drop-down list and then click continue, I go to the white screen with the loading bar, and then the page either times out or is unable to load. I have been unable to reach the payment page with all of my schools. And I can't submit my app until I have paid, and my confirmations are due to my counselor later today. Any help is appreciated, thank you!</p>
<p>have you tried contacting common app’s “applicant support team”? they’ve been really good about helping me before.</p>
