<p>I know it's a bit late but if it does say that on the Common App, then do you suppose that they never received payment so they chose to not even consider my application?</p>

<p>If it states on the “Payments” tab that you have submitted your fee (should be in green font), then you are fine. You should also be able to view a hyperlink off to the right (labeled as “Print Receipt”) as confirmation of your payment.</p>
<p>hmmm I do get print receipt links for all of my colleges but only a handful of them say that "Your payment information has been downloaded by this institution. "</p>
