<p>Penn wants Part 1 in ASAP. But I'm applying RD and don't have any of the essays done for part 2. Can I just send in part 1 without sending in the supplement?</p>

<p>how much is part 1? the whole thing minus the supplement? I would talk to their admissions department. I'm not sure the online common app will let you submit without all the information.</p>
