Common APP Possible Mistake

I'm starting to get very nervous about my submitted Common APP.

On my list of tests, I put all the AP Exams and SAT IIs I have already taken, but did not list the one AP test I will be taking in my senior year. Is this a problem?

Also, I did not list credit values next to my senior year classes. Is that a big problem either?

Thank you

It will all be on your transcript.

They want SAT IIs and AP SCORES on Common App because those WON’T be on your transcript.

So is it a problem I did not list a future AP Exam that I have not taken?

The Common App says: “You can list up to eight tests in this section. If you have more than eight, give priority to the scores you have already earned, followed by SAT Subject Tests you intend to take. Colleges can use your transcript to discern which AP and IB tests you will take later this year. If you still need more space, you may report the remaining scores in the Additional Information section.”

So colleges assume you are taking the AP tests of the AP classes you are in. So unless you are in a non AP class and are still taking the test, or if you are self studying to take the test I think you are fine!

But I didn’t fill up the list. There are extra test score spots on my list. Will the colleges still assume I am taking the AP test for my matching class? And is it a problem that I didn’t put course credit values?

There is no need to worry about this. Move on!

Thank you. What you said really helped.
