I discovered the 'Preview' button today, but the exported pdf form cut off most of my entries, especially for my EC descriptions. Should I cut down all my descriptions? (I nearly maxed out each character limit)

Yes, you should make it fit. Colleges see the print preview we see.

You need to adjust it until it can all be seen on the preview because that is what the colleges see

Where exactly is the preview button?

If you are looking at the common application portion and look at the top bar where the log out button is, the preview link is to the left of that

thanks! 10char

I actually don’t see it. Must the application be completed for it to be there? At the top I have the following, in order: “Help - Account - Logout.”

You have to actually be on one of the common application pages to preview the app. So like Applicant, Demographics, Family, etc…

Thanks. I had clicked “future plans” which was still under “CommonApp.” For some reason, I didn’t think to click the others.

Yeah the Future Plans section is weird because it’s different for each college, so it won’t show up on the preview
