Common App problem!!

<p>I am about to submit my Common App application.
Well, here is the problem.
There is a writing section called "required explanation" and the Common App doesn't let me complete the whole thing because I didn't type any in the section.</p>

How do I remove this section???</p>

<p>Did you take a gap year? I think you need to write something about it if you select that yo have taken a gap year. hope this helps</p>
