<p>Hello everyone.</p>

<p>I have a couple of questions.</p>

<p>1) In Pakistan, it is customary to name a child 'Muhammad,' irrespective of whether it is the original name of the child or not. Hence, even though my name is Junaid Aftab, my full name, as mentioned on documents, is Muhamamd Junaid Aftab.</p>

<p>My father's name is Muhammad Aftab Maqsood and so on and so forth. In the family section, I am required to name my parents. However, I can't list their full middle name because it only demands the initial. What should I do?</p>

<p>2) I know most of the app is to be submitted online, but what doc's must be submitted via post? For example, what about international fee waiver letters? What about academic transcripts (because schools demand them to be on the school's letter head), do we upload them or post them?</p>

<p>Fill in the parent names as best you can and put an explanation in the Additional Information section.</p>

<p>School officials have the ability to upload transcripts (on letterhead) in the School forms area. Other items like fee waiver requests depend on the school to which you are applying. You may need to contact them to see how they need you to submit such docs.</p>
