Its not a huge deal but i was just wondering is it ok to send out the common app, like just by clicking submit and making sure all the colleges are in the "My Colleges" section, and THEN going back to the "Supplements" page and sending all those seperately like in a week or two?

it should be fine... but why would you wait a week or two?

For the "gray" colleges, you need to send the supplement with the application (the "hand in hand" colleges) or it will be as if you never sent the application at all. They won't download it until the supplement is done. For those that are not "hand in hand", it's no problem, as long as the supplement gets to them before the deadline date.

right but i dont really get the difference there - i mean say i click submit and i havnt done a supplement for a gray hand-in-hand college, does that screw me over? or do they just not consider me an applicant until i turn in the supplement too...and whats the difference between that and the schools that arent gray? haha its probably really simple but ::throws hand over head:: i dont get it
