I know that it's ok if I read my teacher recommendation letters, but am I allowed to look at the teacher evaluation form with the table and checkmarks? I know there is a box that I have to sign but does that signature imply that I am not looking at them? Any help would be appreciated.

OK I see that there is a box. Would it hurt me if I said I will not waive my right?

The waiving your right to view your teacher recommendations refers to your being able to view them after attending the college if they even keep them in your file. It is beneficial to just waive your right and if your teachers want to they will let you read their rec letters.

You sign the thing, then hand it to your teachers.

Ok, thanks for all the answers. I ended up waiving my right since I did not realize that the rule applied after matriculation.
